Jad Fadel will repair or replace manufacturing faults (e.g., snapped/broken items, missing stones) free of charge for up to one year from the date of purchase for gold jewelry. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is required for the warranty. If a receipt is not available, a credit card or bank statement will suffice. Contact us at info@jadfadel.com to replace your item under our warranty.

If your jewelry is outside the warranty period or if there is no proof of purchase, these services will be available at a small cost. In some cases, it may not be possible to repair the damage. All repairs are subject to stock and availability of the required parts and elements.
